Our Account Executive and Account Management positions will have a hunter mentality who will engage with banks, credit unions, direct lenders and investors to educate them on our financial solution for their trouble clients, as well as prospect for businesses who are facing imminent default on these loans.
Phone sales experience is a MUST, and bonus experience includes loan modification sales, debt settlement, residential and commercial loans, and recruiting sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Conduct warm calling and market research to identify potential clients
- Drive business development efforts to expand the client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide ongoing support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
We offer the industries most competitive compensation package for those individuals who can including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and company car after 90 days.
At quota, base pay is $85,000 per year with an opportunity to bonus another 50% of total compensation.
Our Average rep earns $240,000 per year, with the potential to earn in excess of $500,000 per year.
You must be a self-starter and hungry to earn a substantial income. Can NOT be scared of picking up the phone and talking to clients.
