Role Description
This is a full time, remote role. The first three months the individual will be hired on as a consultant to measure the right fit within the company.
We are looking for a DRIVEN individual to take on this role. We are looking to scale this role quickly for the right candidate.
The Event Manager will be responsible for managing multiple programs and ensuring successful execution to meet client expectations. The role involves high levels of detail, leading and motivating field teams, and an entrepreneurial mentality. The Event Manager will be expected to provide above expectations results to clients on projects, source and lead ambassador team, and source opportunities for new clients.
Responsibilities
- Successfully build and manage programs for multiple brands- primarily in-store product samplings.
- Source and training new brand ambassadors in markets where new staff is needed.
- Lead in-store demo programs- booking ambassadors, scheduling tasting with retailers, train and prepare ambassador team, monitor and adjust programs to reach sales goals.
- Lead client communication.
- Maintain close contact and lead ambassador team.
- Conduct site visits on active programs.
- Deliver A+ service to client teams.
- Achieve over goal results on program sales goals and measurable metrics.
- Oversee monthly results to prepare and present month end recaps to client teams.
- Lead ambassador team remotely through effective motivational leadership.
- Attend monthly trade shows to source and secure new business opportunities.
- Outreach to new client opportunities and upselling existing client base.
Qualifications
- Prior agency or brand side Field Marketing experience required
- Passion for sales based programs.
- Strong program management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful consumer facing marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in the experiential marketing industry.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
