Position Details

Program description:
Implementation and development of Sprinterra's Property Management and Cash Basis modules. Customization of existing Acumatica functionality. Development of new Acumatica functionality. Acumatica consulting.

Our candidate:

  • Has strong background in finance and understanding how to apply these skills
  • Acumatica MVP or expert
  • Has strong presentation, demo skills and customer management skills
  • Has proven product management skills
  • Has strong Acumatica implementation skills
  • Has experience leading Acumatica customizations projects


  • Prior experience as Acumatica consultant
  • Experience of conducting presentations, demos, participating in conferences as a speaker
  • Degree in the field of technology strongly preferred
  • Background in finance
  • Proven technical skills
  • Excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Effective analysis and writing skills for inspecting and evaluating product operation and interpreting into effective documentation
  • Proficient with standard business analysis and business process definition
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scum
  • People management skills, strong skills in conflict resolution and problem solving


  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, team members, vendors
  • Participate in ERP system implementation
  • Conduct presentations, demos to the clients
  • Participate in conferences as a speaker (when needed)
  • Product management for Sprinterra's Property Management and Cash Basis modules
  • Leading development of new ERP modules or customization of existing ones
  • Prepare functional specifications
  • Facilitate development
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and applications as well as customer needs and priorities
  • Make suggestions on business process improvements to promote business growth and efficiency
