TLE's Consulting Services will provide SMBs with a "sidekick" that will help them at every step of their journey. This consulting provides them with a “sidekick” they can turn to to address the key business and personal issues they face.

TRAINING, SUPPORT AND MATERIALS

We provide FREE online training and a closing support team to get you where you need to be quick. All marketing materials provided.

NO MINIMUMS OR MINIMUM TIME COMMITMENT

This is a success-based role that you can do as much or as little as you would like.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• proven sales performance
• passion for the entrepreneur
• understanding of the challenges of SMBs
• established network of SMBs into which TLE's services may be offered and
• understanding of SMBs referral partners as a channel for SMB clients
• strong knowledge and experience with online affiliate marketing tools and best practices
• strong sales experience
• ability to generate own leads
• professional, concise interpersonal communication skills
• ability to work independently in remote setting and drive results
• sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
• critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• team player
• good time-management skills, including punctuality and dependability

This role will work closely with the Affiliate/Referral Partner Leader (who owns lead generation via the network) and the Marketing Leader (who owns new lead generation).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Secure sales for LC Consulting Services and LC sales
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospects
• Work closely with the Affiliate/Referral Partner Leader and the Marketing Leader
• Leverage existing and develop new networks of SMBs
• Ability to apply a core product across multiple industries and segments
• Identify potential customers and set and execute an aggressive sales plan
• Identify qualified prospects and develop customer relationships
• Close business and provide after-sales reports
• Maintain a large database of qualified prospects through all methods; social media, cold calling, personal visits, and networking

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Demonstrated sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
• Demonstrated success in affiliate marketing
• Prior experience in consulting sales strongly preferred
• Prior experience helping or running a SMB preferred
• Strong computer skills, specifically with Outlook, Word and Excel and CRM

COMPENSATION:

Base:

• LC sales: earn $200 for each Learning Community sale
• 1:1 Consulting Called "Sidekick": 10% per sidekick sale
