About The Opportunity

We are experiencing rapid company growth on our supply side and are on the hunt (Cheetah pun intended) for an experienced, passionate B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us increase new customer demand / sales to small and midsize U.S. tech companies. We provide project management staffing, recruiting and consulting services through our online talent platform.

This is a part-time (~20 hours per week) 1099 B2B Sales Executive fully remote role. Commissions are uncapped so you have unlimited earning potential!

The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an understanding of the value of project management to organizational success, an honest and transparent work ethic, a passion for helping people, as well as a strong desire to help small businesses successfully scale.

We are seeking a creative and confident self-starter who is comfortable working with little supervision and who is not afraid to push boundaries and try new activities to increase demand and build pipeline.

What You’ll Do (The Role)

· Your #1 priority is closing new customer deals with companies seeking project management help for their projects (Demand side of our marketplace = Hiring Companies).

· Earn your commission based on successful hires / closes. No caps. Sky is the limit!

· Leverage TalentCheetah’s existing market validation data, customer insights, and Ideal Customer Profile data, to compile your list of prospective new customers, using data from business directories, sales leads, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, your professional network, and other publicly available sources (First 30 days)

· Understand TalentCheetah’s Unique Value Proposition, competitive landscape, and market differentiators to properly position the TalentCheetah Platform with customer prospects in your sales pipeline.

· Study our existing information and data describing our services to develop your unique sales approach and solution selling techniques.

· Execute outreach activities to engage with the customer prospects on your list (email, phone calls, etc.) with the goal of connecting with and nurturing new customer relationships to build pipeline and navigate them through our sales funnel.

  • Book discovery calls with new prospects to discuss customer pain points and share how TalentCheetah can help them (we have a sales pitch deck and are happy to join you on calls).
  • Engage with TalentCheetah’s Business Development Officer and Executive team weekly to report on sales progress and remain in alignment with strategic sales goals and existing processes / artifacts.
  • Negotiate new customer contracts, with assistance from TalentCheetah team, as needed, to promote new business growth and increase revenue.
  • Leverage your existing network of professional contacts to forge new relationships with customer and partner prospects.
  • Measure results and iterate on sales goals with a keen eye towards driving metrics and KPIs that matter (which you will define and own).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide feedback and optimize existing sales processes and collateral.
  • Serve as an executive visionary in defining new sales strategies for increasing demand side revenue and brand awareness.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation and prospective partnerships within new market segments

Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years successful track record in B2B inside sales in the U.S. temporary staffing, recruiting and/or consulting industry, preferably with a focus on placing technical talent (project and program management a plus) and selling into the SMB technology/ IT segment.
  • Proven experience in managing business development and sales activities, including identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Experience with consultative solutions selling and comfortable hunting for new deals using unconventional methods.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting business development and sales strategy and roadmaps to C-Suite Executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support quantitative and data-driven decision making.
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.
  • U.S. citizen residing in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Serial technology or SaaS sales entrepreneur with a successful exit.
  • Biz Dev and sales experience with a two-sided talent marketplace / talent platform solution.
  • Work experience as a project / program / portfolio manager.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
