B2B Sales Representative

Zutobi is a global EdTech product company that provides engaging and innovative digital solutions for driver education.
Our core product Zutobi Drivers Ed is an app and web-based learning platform that helps students to prepare for completing the permit test needed for getting a driver's license.
By this time we have become one of the biggest online driver's ed providers in the USA.

And we continue to grow: now we are launching a new product on the USA market – a solution that is designed to simplify the daily operations of driving schools.
We want to change the driving school industry by making the best driving school software in the world.

So, currently, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Representative located in the USA to join us in this exciting challenge.
In this role, you will contribute to the launch of our new product in the US market by building strong relationships with driving schools. Your areas for responsibility will include identifying new sales and business opportunities, as well as offering and selling our products to new customers.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as with sales in the B2B field.
  • Experience of working with the US market.
  • Experience in the IT field selling digital products or services.
  • Strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the full sales cycle, and the ability to build effective sales funnels.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Experience and readiness for cold calls.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and push your own boundaries.
  • Startup mindset, a willingness to work in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, and working with a product in its launch stage.
  • Fluent (or native) level of English.
  • Location is the USA is a must

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Experience in participation in roadshows (offline conferences and other industry events).

About your responsibilities:

  • Searching for potential customers and developing and implementing an outreach strategy.
  • Conducting calls with potential customers, presenting and selling our product.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, effective relationships with customers, providing support in product utilization.
  • Participate in setting up sales and customer success processes, their automation and scaling
  • Cooperating with product and marketing teams to ensure that we are developing the best product for our partners.
  • Identifying and trying out different approaches in order to find what works best and execute it.
