Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador supports and provides account management and conducts promotional execution of programming to meet company sales goals and objectives under the direct supervision of the Port X Logistics founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the champion for Port X Logistics in key accounts through compelling storytelling, creative engagement, and regular presence in accounts.
  • Develop and foster relationships of key accounts to increase the Port X presence in the transportation industry.
  • Support accounts through programming, and promotional execution including demos training and events.
  • Promote revenue growth and market penetration through attainment of new accounts, new placements, merchandising, displays aligning with brand standards.
  • Maintain a regular, weekly schedule of appointments with accounts.
  • Represent the company in alignment with the brand and company values.
  • Respond or facilitate response to account and customer inquiries and concerns in consultation with management, as necessary/appropriate.
  • Maintain daily records of work performed using designated systems and submit reports to department management as required.
  • Advise management of all relevant market, account, competitive and customer information.
  • Attending training, team meetings and other company-sponsored events as scheduled (physical or virtual presence required).


  • 5 Years Proven experience in sales, ideally within logistics or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively utilize MS Office and CRM software
  • Motivated by targets and driven to deliver exceptional results
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
