Responsibilities

• Your contribution will be essential to our goal of providing exceptional digital solutions and nurture long-lasting client relationships
• Client Outreach: Connect with potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, online platforms and Face-to-Face meetings.
• Introduce them to our top-tier digital marketing and IT services .
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments with our expert marketing team, considering client availability, preferences, and team schedules
• Keep records of appointments, client interactions, and relevant details
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications to confirm appointments, address client inquiries, and provide additional information as needed
• Team Collaboration: Keep a steady flow of communication with our marketing experts and project managers
• Provide them with regular updates on potential clients and daily tasks
