InterConnecta is a global Zoho consulting & custom development firm, and Zoho Premium Partner, specializing in providing cutting-edge Zoho customization and integration solutions to businesses worldwide. We optimize Zoho technology to drive growth, enhance productivity, and maximize profitability for our customers. We are seeking an experienced Business Development consultant with advanced fluency in English and Spanish to work remotely for LATAM and USA regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for new and existing customers for Zoho implementation, integration and customization in the LATAM and USA regions across various industries.
  • Utilize proactive consultative prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events and leveraging online platforms to generate leads and achieve quota goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and understanding of customer requirements, business operations processes and pain points to document and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to Confirm customer requirements and propose tailored project scope & solutions effectively.
  • Facilitate seamless project handover to Project Managers for successful solution implementation, adhering to InterConnecta’s Zoho Optimizer Methodology™
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their on-going needs, and ensure customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Ensure the integrity of InterConnecta’s Zoho CRM database integrity, documenting all activities to move the sales process forward.
  • Prepare quotes and contracts and negotiate terms toward customer acceptance to close
  • Regularly report sales activities, results and forecasts to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology industry developments, particularly in CRM, Business Intelligence, and ERP systems to offer informed guidance to customers.
  • Occasional travel required for special events

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Advanced bilingual fluency in English and Spanish*
  • Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Excel, PDF presentations,Word etc.
  • Experience with AI such as ChatGPT for maximum efficiency
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills for short and long-term sales & services
  • Minimum 3-4 years of consultative selling success, preferably in SaaS application licenses like Zoho CRM or other customer support package solutions within the CRM, ERP, RPA, BI systems, enterprise databases, or other cloud-based systems.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and online customer meetings
  • Familiarity with sales best practices and ability to control each step of the sales lifecycle to close.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and establish long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with InterConnecta team
