Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for getting us new clients from the US, focusing on lead generation. This role is perfect for someone with a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the US market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US market and experience in acquiring clients from the US.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
