Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and digital marketing and a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets. As a Business Development Manager, you will generate new business, build relationships with new clients, and drive revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts, ensuring all client requirements are met and expectations are clearly defined.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or a related field; however, it is not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with clients at various levels.
  • Self-motivation: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive sales and client engagement approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
