We are seeking a proactive, reliable, responsible Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing family!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake company strategies and departmental sales targets, formulate regional sales strategies, expand overseas markets, and achieve annual sales targets;
  • Efficiently follow up on sales leads, expand industry customers, identify customer needs and pain points, provide solutions, improve the conversion rate of winning orders, and promote customer subscription renewal rate;
  • Build an agent network, complete agent contract negotiation, improve agent capabilities, guide agents to formulate local market promotion strategies, and enhance product brand influence;
  • Analyze customer information, pay attention to local market trends and competitor strategies, share market intelligence, and promote product optimization;
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.


  • Bachelor degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Sales, English and other related majors;
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, good teamwork skills, business awareness and negotiation skills;
  • More than 3 years of overseas sales experience, preferably those with experience in SaaS software industry;
  • Have strong understanding and expression skills, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
  • Have the resources and connections of local software channel vendors, be familiar with the local IT circle, and understand and explore customer needs;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with mature business awareness and superb negotiation skills;

  • Job Type: 6 months Contract
