Position Details


- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies

- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts

- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes


- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field

- Strong customer relationship management skills

- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals

- Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously

- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
