What will you be doing?

As the Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on spearheading Enterprise Sales across the US Regions. In this pivotal role as our sales Leader in the area, you'll be entrusted with formulating effective sales strategies and action plans aimed at achieving our goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Preferred experience in SaaS, P2P - Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, and financial software product sales.

  • As a Business Development Manager for the region, you will drive new customer acquisitions and will be hunting new logos by developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
  • Forecast sales closures accurately based on realistic opportunity assessments.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to sell into large enterprise & Banking accounts.
  • Oversee customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base in the North American region.
  • Identify and penetrate strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the pipeline
  • Staying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends & best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 10 plus years experience in sales leadership with a successful track record in large complex sales.
  • Identify and close sales opportunities with large US companies
  • Manage complex sales cycle selling the Source to Pay Suite to the CIOs, CPOs and CFOs
  • Qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and global revenue-generating activities
  • Familiarity with diverse and complex business functions including product and technology
  • Holistic thinker, excellent problem solver, communicator, stakeholder manager and public speaker
  • An accountable, driven, organized, detail-oriented, adaptive, resourceful, high-impact and passionate individual with a growth mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
