Position Details

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects
- Utilize our Internal CRM to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Conduct strategic planning to expand market presence and increase profitability

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and industry insights to drive business growth
- Experience with CRM software for managing customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies such as any of the following: SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Website Development, Photoshop, Canva.
- Familiarity with software solutions relevant to the industry
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
- Ability to negotiate effectively in various business scenarios
