Our founder, Brady Brannon, has always had a passion for bringing value to others’ lives and for putting others’ needs before his own. He saw a unique opportunity to serve in the real estate space. This service would be in the form of helping people determine the best options for their property.

We wanted to grow our family, but the story got switched on us without our control. This experience makes our approach unique because we know we all have a story and a fresh start can oftentimes be what we need.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Duties:**

- Cold call outbound prospects to introduce our products/services

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new real estate investment opportunities.

- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets

- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales or business development.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

- Ability to conduct warm calling and outbound prospecting effectively

- Passion for real estate and willingness to learn new skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
