We are an Interim & Project HR and Recruitment company dedicated to supporting businesses with their day-to-day HR activities. What We Need:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Sales and Business Development Representative. Your title is flexible, tailored to your experience and skills. This role is a blend of base pay and commission, ideal for seasoned professionals with strong industry connections. If you've "been there, done that" and are looking to stay active, make supplemental income, and work with fantastic people, this is the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll leverage your past relationships with decision-makers to generate leads and build new connections immediately. Your main focus will be identifying potential clients, understanding their HR and recruitment needs, and securing commitments. While commissions are based on revenue growth, your key mission is to uncover new opportunities and drive sales activities.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Reconnect & Network: Reengage with past contacts to uncover new opportunities for APW.
  • Prospect New Clients: Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking events, online research, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand & Communicate: Fully grasp our outsourced HR and recruitment services and effectively convey APW's value proposition.
  • Drive Revenue: Articulate our value proposition professionally to drive revenue growth.
  • Target & Expand: Consistently work on a target list while identifying new prospects.
  • Represent APW: Attend networking events to promote the APW brand.
  • Collaborate: Bring in APW team members for support or to close deals as needed.
  • Set & Achieve Goals: Participate in weekly sales calls, setting and following up on goals.
  • Innovate: Identify new strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Exceed Targets: Commit to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Track & Report: Manage your activities, build a pipeline, and provide weekly sales reports.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in professional services.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executives, preferably in small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.
  • Motivated, proactive, and self-starting attitude.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and tracking activities.
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
  • Creative thinker with fun, innovative ideas.
