PreciseTake Multimedia, an Indiana-based digital marketing company, is dedicated to empowering mission-driven organizations and corporations through compelling, motivational, and thought-provoking videos. We seek a tenacious New Business Development Representative to join our sales team.
**This is an independent contractor role**
In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting organizations that can benefit from our unique approach to storytelling with our high-impact video solutions. PreciseTake New Business Development Representatives (BDRs) communicate the benefits of PreciseTake’s services to prospective clients to bring in new projects. PreciseTake BDRs are the primary point of contact between clients and the marketing and production teams. As a BDR, you will develop a deep understanding of our services, and convey our unique vision to prospective clients with the backing of our tools, training and resources.
What you'll do:
- Establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Hunting and initiating contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads to pitch our unique and compelling video marketing services.
- Effectively communicate and educate the PreciseTake mission to build and maintain a pipeline of clients to call on.
- Enter and track prospective clients and new projects in our software. Regularly update the management team with reports on customer needs, potential problems, and requests for new products or services.
- Understand the needs of potential clients and provide personalized solutions that align with their mission and values.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and maintain regular communication to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and consistently exercise discretion and judgment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience with relationship management for cold leads and/or sales pipeline management.
- Experience with B2B business development is required.
- Experience working with a startup, small business and/or entrepreneur a plus.
- Call center/IVR and data entry experience is a plus.
- Planning, forecasting, and scheduling must be strengths.
- Willingness to learn our business and sales processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in the ability to read, write and speak the English language.
- Track record in prospecting, cold calling and closing deals, preferably in the video production or marketing industry.
- Persistent and results-oriented mindset. Ability to build rapport with prospects and understand their needs.
- Coachable mindset and a drive to succeed.
- Meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
- Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot, Monday), highly preferred.
- Experience with video production and/or video editing is desirable.

- Reliable, high-speed internet (50+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload).
