We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through outbound calling, market research, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and networking
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate deals
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals
Skills:
- Proficiency in software applications for sales and customer relationship management
- Experience in Executive & Temporary Staffing a Plus
- Strong business development acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented approach
- 2+ Sales experience required
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Proven track record of business development & successful client relationship building required.
- Past Hospitality experience a plus
This is a part-time commission structured position with potential to become full-time.
