Role: Full-Time or Part-Time, Remote or Hybrid (CO, PA, NC, TX, FL)

Compensation: Incentive-based, uncapped commissions (potential for six-figure earnings). Small base salary for ideal candidates.

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate, driven, and empathetic Business Development Representatives to join our team and drive revenue growth by selling our proven SaaS solutions into the non-profit and private employer sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market fit, creatively solutioning, generating new leads, and developing relationships with prospects to create and close deals.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and build a pipeline of qualified leads within the non-profit and private employer sectors by working an identified prospect list and generating new leads through various channels.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects, and creatively identify how our SaaS solutions can provide value and achieve market fit.
- Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients through exceptional communication and consultative sales approach.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Experience selling to non-profit organizations is highly desired.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Passion for the company's mission and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
