We are on a quest for growth and are seeking a zealous, performance-driven Business Development Sales Representative to become a part of our dynamic team.

Position Overview: In the role of Business Development Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in accelerating Clearpath EPM's expansion. Your mission is to advocate and elevate our state-of-the-art TOTALITY software to prospective clients. This platform is not only a testament to our dedication to security but is also an intuitive, user-centric tool for comprehensive safety management. Your advocacy will not only reflect service provision but also a commitment to a safer future through the advanced capabilities of TOTALITY.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads:

● Strategically target potential clients, specifically within the international school market, domestic private and charter schools, and houses of worship, underscoring the advantages of TOTALITY.

● Utilize a variety of channels such as cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms to spark interest in our sophisticated SaaS offering.

Client Relationship Management:

● Develop solid relationships with key figures, guiding them through the extensive functionalities of TOTALITY.

● Address and resolve unique safety challenges, showcasing how TOTALITY can enhance their safety procedures and protocols.

Sales Presentations:

● Craft and deliver compelling presentations to spotlight TOTALITY as the solution of choice for safety and security needs.

● Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services, with a focus on the seamless integration and user-friendliness of TOTALITY.

Proposal Development:

● Work closely with sales and technical teams to devise proposals that reflect the adaptability of TOTALITY to meet client requirements.

Negotiation and Closing:

● Guide negotiation processes by stressing the enduring value and investment return of TOTALITY.

● Achieve and surpass sales goals, significantly impacting Clearpath EPM's strategic growth.

Target Market:

Dominating the international school market through a robust referral system, Clearpath EPM is now poised to capture the domestic market, starting in the Southeast with a plan to progressively cover the entire country. Sales representatives will have exclusive territories, presenting a unique opportunity to spearhead Clearpath EPM's services and products in new and promising markets.

Qualifications:

● Demonstrated success in business development and sales, with a strong preference for SaaS or safety industry experience.

● In-depth knowledge of SaaS platforms, particularly those serving the safety and security sector.

● Skilled in articulating complex software functionalities in a comprehensible and engaging manner.

● Candidates with a background in security professions are highly valued and encouraged to apply.

Education and Experience:

● A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

● At least 5 years of business development and sales experience, with an emphasis on SaaS platform expertise.
