IS this YOU?:

  • 10 – 25 years of inside sales experience in the Engineering and/or Manufacturing Industries.
  • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office and Google docs.
  • You are highly motivated to succeed, and highly persuasive in your abilities.
  • You already have a critical thinking mind and understand and enact strategic intelligence, all the time.
  • You have an understanding of marketing and business development, and how sales -- while supported by those two components -- is the ultimate resource for any company's growth and future.
  • You understand business and are familiar with CRM programs, i.e. Salesforce, Act, Goldmine, etc. Zoho CRM experience a plus!

Your Role:

  • Communicate in a professional manner directly with decision-makers that have the authority to issue PO’s and RFQ’s for our clients.
  • Attend weekly client calls, sharing status updates with your team and clients.
  • Understand how to resolve client issues and needs and ensure high satisfaction and approval levels.
  • Perform as both an inside and outside sales developer, focusing on developing PO’s and RFQ’s for our clients.
  • Manage documentation with a high level of priority and keep records up-to-date at all times, on all platforms.
  • Embrace and embody our company’s core values and our purpose statement in all your interactions.
  • Travel occasionally may be part of your position to build our relationships to a higher level of trust and desire.

Expectations: We envision and expect the following from you:

  • An 8-hour work day, Monday through Friday.
  • We know that you can achieve 4 – 7 RFQ’s for our clients within the first 60 days.

Our expertise is in working with small businesses that have annual sales of $5 - $30 million and are in the manufacturing or industrial service industries. This is a telecommute/remote position. This position starts off on a part-time basis but will move into a full-time position within 2-6 weeks. You will be paid weekly via an online platform with all fees absorbed by us. This is a long-term position that pays $50,000 - $100,000 per year paid on an hourly basis, plus bonuses.

The starting hourly salary will be based on:

  • Industry experience
  • Level of experience with small, medium and large companies and the number of personal contacts established
  • Several levels of assessments by key members of the company
  • The candidate’s expectation of sales they believe they can develop
