Who we are:

We're Stamp Loyalty, a leading provider in digital loyalty and reward solutions, based in Australia. Our subscription product, Stamp Me, digitalises a traditional "Buy X, Get Y"-style paper punch card and is used by small to medium businesses all over the world, primarily in the US.

We also create custom loyalty platforms for enterprise clients including Samsung, Alcon, CHANEL and Zoetis.

What we're looking for:

We're hunting for an expert and confident tele salesperson based in or from the United States or Canada, to call some warm/ hot leads for our Stamp Me product, on a regular but casual basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience with outbound sales, a friendly and bubbly personality, and the flexibility to call leads shortly after they have signed up, during business hours.

Currently there are around 15-20 US and Canadian-based leads coming through per week. We anticipate you may spend 1-2 hours per day on calls, depending on the daily volume.

We need the candidate to:

• Help convert hot leads into starting their free 7-day trial of our SaaS product
• Speak to customers who have converted to a trial to give them positive affirmation and build a rapport
• Gain feedback about our self-serve sign up process
• Identify and roadblocks for converting

You're required to call people from your cellphone and write some notes about each conversation.

This is a flexible position which you could fit in around other remote work, if required. Paid training on our product will be provided, and all information the leads have provided to us will be given to you so there is plenty to talk about.
