We are currently in search of a skilled and seasoned Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Below, you'll find an overview of the role and its responsibilities:
Client Engagement
Client Communication Leadership:
- Effectively communicate the progress and achievements of client initiatives.
- Take charge of feedback communication with the campaign management team.
- Oversee and manage both ongoing progress updates and final reporting to clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide comprehensive insights into account activations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts and be the recognizable face of NeoReach to clients.
- Determine the appropriate communication channels and meeting schedules to ensure clients have a clear and realistic view of their programs.
- Develop a standardized communication and meeting schedule based on client size, spending levels, and complexity to streamline interactions.
Championing Client Objectives and Campaign Realities:
- Advocate for aligning the campaign management team and content with the central message of each client's campaign while keeping goals in focus.
- Ensure the sales team and clients have a clear understanding of the feasibility of their campaign requests and budgets.
- Establish and manage expectations both internally and externally.
Ownership of Account Strategy:
- Provide guidance on the overarching strategy for various accounts, ensuring that tactics and content align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Offer insights into resource allocation, time management, and personnel requirements to fulfill campaign requests effectively.
- Keep the Campaign Management team informed about new clients in the pipeline.
- Update the sales team on resource utilization and gaps in campaign coverage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Width and Depth: Identify opportunities for expanding existing accounts through increased scope and additional engagement prospects.
- Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management: Ensure accounts adhere to agreed-upon scope, maintain a realistic and on-track schedule, and allocate budgets in accordance with margin profiles.
- Churn Rate Reduction: Retain clients and enhance account stability by lowering churn rates and extending engagement durations.
- Revenue Under Management: Maintain a diverse client and account portfolio that maximizes quarterly revenue management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated aptitude for growing accounts and fostering client relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in team and people management
- Possess a creative mindset
- Influencer marketing experience is advantageous
- Enterprise-level relationships are a plus
- Experience in consumer, beauty, fashion, crypto/NFT, or toy industries is a bonus
