Job Description
The Client Solutions Executive will be responsible for generating sales within their assigned territory by consulting, presenting, and selling the MedStreamline solution. The candidate must understand and be able to confidently use technology and have a proven record of sales growth, productivity, and customer leadership. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and support key relationships with customers, and close sales opportunities within the assigned territory by working with senior living facilities that use PointClickCare™ with confidence.
  • Responsible for account management, account support, and opportunity development, while maintaining an active sales funnel.
  • Present and demonstrate MedStreamline’s easy-to-use products with confidence.
  • Interact with all MedStreamline stakeholders to support account and sales accuracy, revenue protection and growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs related to the MedStreamline portfolio of product capabilities, problem solve, inspire the customer to act, and be a strategic partner.
  • Influence and respond to RFI’s, RFP and appropriate customer/partner requests.
  • Ability to travel within territory on a regular basis for customer meetings and events. Occasional travel outside of territory will also be required

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in direct sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue quota and territory growth.
  • Sales experience in the senior living sector a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare™ is a plus, but not required.
  • Large enterprise organization sales experience is a plus.
  • Technology awareness in mobile technology, healthcare, and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications, and presentation skills required.
  • Experience in CRM is a plus.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency required, including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of internet-based technology concepts preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation for 1099 Individual Business Organizations (IBOs), a great team to work with, and a mission that you can be part of that will absolutely make a difference. This position offers a fixed commission percentage of gross monthly revenue received from all facilities you have under you.

The commission is recurring for the duration of your contract and association with MedStreamline. Commission is paid every two weeks from the previous two weeks of revenue. The first three months, we offer an advance of commission while you build up your book of business.
