This is a Commissioned Based Position Only

Overture provides a state of the art SaaS system used by employers to ensure that all of their shifts are filled with qualified individuals. The system combines traditional and GIG economy scheduling along with a robust employee tracking system which allows employers to build a pool of top talent available to fill their shifts. We currently have twelve (12) business channels that we provide services to. To see an example of how we operate, go to to understand our Healthcare model.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven independent SaaS sales representatives to drive company sales by persuading customers to purchase our products. The independent sales representative’s responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, answering customers' questions, and finding new customers through cold-calling, emailing, social media advertising, and other methods to drive leads into our funnel. You should also be able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales quotas.

To be successful as an independent sales representative, you should be committed to achieving sales goals with minimal supervision. Ultimately, a top-performing independent sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, and achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Arranging product demonstrations to potential clients is a key performance indicator and a significant requirement to be successful in this role.

Independent Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.
  • Arranging meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers to present company products.
  • Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and key features.
  • Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Negotiating pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
  • Following up on a timely baisis with all leads and maintaining proper CRM data
  • Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
  • Filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customers' signatures to complete each sale.
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.

Independent Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Prior SaaS system sales
  • Ability to understand company operating environments and how a SaaS systems model will benefit them
  • Proven sales experience.
  • The ability to travel to customers if required.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.


  • Our commision rates range between 15% and 25% of the invoice value paid by our clients, paid to you on a monthly basis.
  • Our commision lifecyle is 24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
