Mokhtar Group, a globally recognized California-based corporation, has been pioneering international business development and eLearning arenas since 2017. With a distinguished legacy of over 30 certifications and awards, our global team collaborates with esteemed clients, including subdivisions of NASA, Google, Uber, and various government entities. Our focus spans across diverse industries like healthcare, oil, IT and internet innovation, education, luxury real estate, and export.
For this role, we prioritize those who possess the innate ability to communicate effectively, whether that's over a phone call or a face-to-face discussion on platforms like Google Meet or Zoom. We believe in empowering our team members: to aid your journey, we provide comprehensive documentation and a dedicated portal to deepen your understanding of our processes, services, and strategies to optimize earnings. However, while we furnish the tools for success, we anticipate candidates to be adept at navigating these resources. In essence, we don't babysit. For example, while we use Salesforce.com as our CRM system, we expect professionals to handle elementary tasks, like locating specific features, independently. We're on the lookout for self-sufficient professionals who can thrive with minimal hand-holding, in an environment that values proactive learning and initiative. At Mokhtar Group, there's no place for those who shy away from challenges. If you're someone who embodies resilience, commitment, and a can-do attitude, you're exactly who we're seeking.
After a rigorous 90-day performance review, those who meet our exacting standards will have the unique opportunity to negotiate a refreshed agreement, inclusive of a tailored base pay structure. This isn't just a job - it's a challenge to stand among the best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into strategic market analyses to identify lucrative selling channels and assess client needs.
- Champion sales outreach, employing advanced cold calling, networking, and social media techniques.
- Conduct client engagements, offering tailored solutions that resonate with their specific needs.

- Monitor and report pivotal sales metrics, driving business growth.
- Manage product availability for sales presentations and demos.
- Be the face of Mokhtar Group at industry events, embodying our commitment to excellence.
- Lead deal negotiations, finalize contracts, and effectively handle any arising concerns.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies.

Desired Skills:
- A proven track record of corporate and government sales achievements, particularly in closing deals.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or Hebrew are a significant asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing and negotiation paradigms.
- An inherent drive for sales, marked by rapid adaptability and a passion for success.
- A self-driven, result-oriented mindset with an eye for detail.
