Job Description:

Are you a passionate and dynamic sales leader ready to take our sales team to new heights? Do you excel at building, training, and scaling high-performing sales teams? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding cleaning company and lead our sales efforts with energy and vision. If you have the expertise to develop effective sales scripts, recruit top talent, and manage a successful sales team, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building: Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing sales team. Develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Sales Script Development: Write effective and persuasive sales scripts tailored to our cleaning services. Continuously refine and improve scripts based on feedback and performance.
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires. Conduct role-playing sessions, review sales calls, and provide feedback to ensure sales excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for generating leads. Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Management: Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, daily huddles, and end-of-day check-ins to maintain motivation and alignment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align sales campaigns with marketing strategies. Coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure smooth handoff of new clients and Operations Manager for scheduling and booking.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.
  • Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. Expertise in writing and refining sales scripts.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and metrics to inform strategies and decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating a sales team.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated and driven by commission-based rewards.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based: 20% commission on sales generated by the team.
  • Overrides: 5% commission on sales generated by the team.
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to key sales milestones and company growth targets.
  • Benefits: Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company and a highly motivated team.
  • Base: 70k - 100k base when the team is built.
