Position Details

As an Account Manager, you will assume a pivotal position in our organization, where your skills and dedication will be highly valued. Your primary responsibility will involve generating new business and nurturing existing accounts, with an emphasis on technical component sales and relationship building. We believe that surpassing sales objectives, enhancing customer engagement, and continuously striving for personal and professional improvement will be the key components of your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the electronic components industry.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify potential growth areas.
  • Increase account penetration by showcasing the value and benefits of our technical components, continuously exceeding customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve your knowledge and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the Electronic Component industry is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of office work experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Bachelor's Degree or Experience required
