Duties & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring new clients, expanding market presence, and boosting revenue growth. Prioritize target accounts, industries, and market segments to optimize sales efforts.
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Proactively generate leads through diverse channels, such as outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Assess lead quality to ensure alignment with our solutions and ICP (ideal customer profiles).
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively convey the value proposition, benefits, and ROI of our solutions to potential clients. Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and secure deals to meet sales objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and partners, to understand their needs and effectively position our solutions.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and prospects to guide product enhancements, refine marketing strategies, and enhance the overall customer experience, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of solutions to customers. Share insights from the field to inform product and marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators, including revenue goals, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners, serving as a trusted representative of our brand.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of overall sales experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with SaaS solutions, selling to enterprise companies with av. deal sizes of $100k or higher
  • Proven track record as an Account Executive, preferably in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas, contributing to revenue expansion
  • Proficient in analysis and critical thinking, dedicated to providing value to clients
  • Self-starter, team player, coachable, start-up experience a plus
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
  • Established portfolio of potential clients and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with HubSpot CRM and Sales Enablement tools

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
