Position Overview:

As our General Manager, you will be instrumental in our international expansion journey. You will work directly with our CEO to drive growth, form partnerships, and secure new projects within the healthcare sector across the global markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a proven growth strategy for international hospitals.
  • Establish high-level relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare and related government entities.
  • Set up introductory meetings and presentations to showcase our clinical referral directory services.
  • Collaborate with our CEO in client interactions and negotiations.
  • Gradually assume presentation and negotiation responsibilities for entire regions/countries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, communications, and business development.
  • Proven success in setting up meetings with decision makers in healthcare and government officials.
  • Strong existing network across foreign regional health authorities, provincial and national health ministries.
  • Ability to drive growth by onboarding new projects within a short time frame.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers uncapped commission-based compensation with earnings potential of $300,000 to $350,000+ in the second year. Compensation includes a base salary plus 5% of gross project revenues (typically six-digit figures), perpetual year 2, 3+ renewal revenues, and additional bonuses. Full-time remote/telecommuting role with flexible hours.
