Are you a motivated self-starter? Have you worked or are currently working in the recreational retail cannabis industry and looking for a remote job? Do you understand the challenges of dispensaries? If yes, then this opportunity may be perfect for you!

We are looking to hire and contract (6) Business Development Representative's (BDRs).

This is a great opportunity to join a growing cannabis SaaS company with low competition in our vertical. There is a ton of growth and opportunity here for the right person.

We have a sales motion ready, and will train you on our process, in order to put you in the best position possible to be successful.

We offer two different compensation plans + equity:

Comp Plan 1: 100% commission. When an account subscribes, we pay you the full commission of the first month's subscription, paid at onboarding.

Comp Plan 2: 10% monthly recurring commission for the life of the account, paid monthly.

Equity: Once you reach (50) CW accounts, you will be eligible for our 1% employee equity program.

Our original team of BDR's will move to a full-time AE role with salary and enrollment into our 1% employee equity program.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Two hours per day M-F of outbound sales activity using our sales motion and list of logos to hunt. Outbound activity includes: cold call, email, LinkedIn commenting + messaging, and Meta DM + commenting, plus follow-ups.
  • Set discovery meetings and calls for the Growth Manager.
  • Be available for 15-minute check-in's 1x a week.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2-4 years working in the retail recreational cannabis industry.
  • Experience with outbound sales activities.
  • Experience working with a CRM (Teams, Slack, Apollo).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
