Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the prepaid card and cryptocurrency markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the prepaid card or cryptocurrency industry.

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
