**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively engaging with potential clients and closing deals. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours and competitive compensation.

**Position Details:**

- **Individual 1:** Weekdays (Monday to Friday), 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Mountain Time

- **Individual 2:** Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time

**Compensation:**

- Hourly Rate: $15/hour

- Closing Commission: 3% per deal

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Schedule Management:** Coordinate and schedule new quotes that come in through virtual or in-person channels, ensuring efficient use of time slots and resources.

2. **Lead Nurturing:** Proactively engage with old leads through various communication channels to cultivate relationships and guide them towards closing deals.

3. **Sales Outreach:** Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities and convert leads into satisfied customers.

4. **Customer Engagement:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.

5. **Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system to track progress and forecast future sales.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.

- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
