Inside Sales Representative - My CPA Coach

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a High-Ticket Closer / Inside Sales Specialist for our CPA firm. My CPA Coach is a Tax Firm that specializes in Tax Planning for High-Income Business Owners and Individuals. This remote role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.

Highlights of the role:

• You will receive 100-200 hot inbound leads per month that want our services
• You will be expected to close 10-20% of those leads into customers
• You will earn up to $100-150K per year in total compensation if goals are met
• You will receive a $50K base salary

Your responsibilities:

• Contact incoming leads to schedule a video conference meeting
• Qualify needs and consult leads on the best solution to meet their needs
• Identify and overcome all potential objections related to the proposed solution
• Provide quote and sign-up details to leads who desire to move forward with services
• Retrieve necessary documents and information from customers to begin services
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers who move forward with services (for upsells and service renewals)
• Follow-up with all proposals, leads, and customers with outstanding tasks

Job requirements:

• At least 3 years of related sales experience
• History of exceeding sales quota
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Must conduct video conference calls (Camera Must Be On During Meetings)
• Must have strong computer and typing skills
• Must be able to simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer

Hours of Operation:

• 9AM -6PM ET
• This is remote position

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
