Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial part in our customer acquisition process. Your goal will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and social media.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Auto8’s AI solutions can meet those needs.
  • Sales Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Auto8’s product offerings and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably in the tech or software as a service industry.
