Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Managers/ Team Leaders for our Insurance Ageny and manage a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients and assist team members. This role requires excellent customer service skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work independently.
Licensed Agents Only in one or any of the following: Life, Health, Property, & Casualty.
Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to meet sales targets
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
- Provide guidance on selecting the most appropriate insurance plans
- Process policy renewals and amendments
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle inquiries and claims efficiently
Skills:
- Team Leader

- Telemarketing experience
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices
