Position: Internal Sales Representative

Type: Full-Time
Salary: Uncapped Commission + Bonuses (Average Entry Level: $2500 - $5500 monthly)

As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our developing team.

Your Role:As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for independently pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving sales through a variety of channels including affiliate marketing, cold calling, direct B2B sales, and organic prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Utilize your expertise in affiliate marketing, cold calling, direct B2B sales, and organic prospecting to identify and convert new business leads.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations management and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leverage your knowledge of SaaS and consulting to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients.


  • Proven track record of independent sales success, ideally in SAAS and consulting.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, cold calling, direct B2B sales, and organic prospecting.
  • Strong operations management skills to ensure smooth post-sales processes.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and consulting industries, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
