Job Description: As a Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer's Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for building a dealer network and maintaining relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders within the construction and home improvement industries. Your primary objective will be to sign up franchise dealers, drive sales and increase awareness of our product lines.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the kitchen and bath dealer network and existing showrooms.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our cabinetry solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents as required.


  • College degree, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the kitchen cabinet or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
