Our remote-first approach empowers self-motivated individuals to make a significant impact from anywhere in the world.

In addition to opportunities with our own software, we have partners with lucrative commission opportunities as well.

The Opportunity:

We are actively seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-based, fully remote basis. Equity is an option with certain sales goals attained. This role is designed for a strategic, results-driven professional with a talent for sales, negotiation, and relationship-building. While this position begins without a base salary, it offers an attractive commission structure, potential for equity and ownership while providing significant earning potential and ample opportunity for professional growth in a rapidly expanding company. Cold and warm leads will be provided so your focus is soley on selling, although you are welcome to develop your own as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation within the marketin and sales sectors, significantly expanding our client base on a global scale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Opportunities to build your own sales team and earn a commission off their sales.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, utilizing advanced communication skills to manage interactions remotely.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs and participate in webinar development coaching calls.
  • Build up your knowledge base to conduct your own sales presentations to secure new business deals and create new partners.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and leverage this insight to offer innovative solutions to clients, enhancing 2xMyLeads's market presence.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, with the potential to progress into higher leadership roles and influence the direction of 2xMyLeads' team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ambitious and strategic, with a proven track record in a performance-based role.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, capable of engaging clients and team members effectively in a remote setting.
  • Highly self-motivated and independent, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to navigate success autonomously.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the marketing and freelancer sectors preffered.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software and/or sales pipeline software

Pay: $23,928.00 - $95,712.00 per year

Expected hours: 4 – 60 per week
