Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team and lead the establishment of a robust marketing and sales pipeline for our dental marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, preferably within the dental industry, and a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our services and acquire new clients within the dental industry.
- Identify and target key decision-makers at dental practices, including dentists, practice managers, and office administrators.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of dental professionals.
- Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in digital marketing, dental industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
