Our flagship software, Blossom Pro, offers a suite of services that include automated lead generation, integrated CRM, email and SMS marketing, funnel building, appointment scheduling, analytics, and more. We also specialize in high-performing website design services that convert leads into loyal customers.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in helping us connect with potential clients and grow our business.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for inside sales/marketing and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves engaging with potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.


100% commission based, most make around $60,000 a year

Fixed Commission per Appointment Set: $30

Bonus for Appointments Leading to Sales: 30% of the upfront fee for deals closed from their appointments

+ Performance Bonuses

How does it work?

Our system voicemail drops a voicemail to businesses with no websites that we created websites for. We then wait for them to call us back stating they are interested. Once they call back, we send them their website walkthrough via email and set them an appointment with our sales team. (you can join our sales/closing team if you would like a high commission)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication tools to schedule appointments for sales presentations and consultations.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing detailed information on leads and maintaining an organized database of client interactions.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points, effectively communicating how Blossom Pro can address and resolve their challenges.
  • Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Blossom Pro’s features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


- Proven experience with google sheets, google meet, in marketing or sales

- Strong communication skills in English

- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

- Experience in telemarketing is a plus
