Position Details

Join our innovative team at Grace Rose Media, a leading provider of shared postcard advertising solutions. We specialize in connecting businesses with their target audience through cost-effective, eye-catching postcard campaigns. With a focus on creativity, affordability, and convenience, we're revolutionizing the way businesses promote themselves locally and beyond. As we expand our operations, we're seeking passionate and driven individuals to join us in driving sales and shaping the future of advertising.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including small businesses, startups, local services, and more, to introduce them to our shared postcard advertising service.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our advertising service.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

- Keeping updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead in the advertising landscape.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads, pipelines, and performance metrics.

- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative sales strategies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
