We are at the forefront of transforming static websites into dynamic and engaging digital Metaverse experiences that captivate and convert customers. Labz serves many industries, but we are seeking a salesperson to specialize in one of the verticals listed below. This sales role requires a creative background, as the software can be valuable to various users, but you must have a creative mind to suggest possible applications for how enterprise clients can most benefit from an interactive customer experience strategy.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experience Sales lead to join our team. This individual will be crucial in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate must have a background in selling creative technology solutions, such as those from companies like Adobe, Canva, or marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, focusing on clients that can benefit from immersive and interactive experiences.
  • Create Tailored Sales Decks: Develop compelling sales presentations and decks that address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Labz's solutions.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Labz, build relationships, and generate leads.
  • Client Meetings: Engage with prospective clients, conduct meetings, and deliver presentations to showcase Labz's capabilities and drive sales.
  • Sell Metaverse Concepts: Articulate and sell the concept of metaverse and immersive interactions, demonstrating how Labz's solutions can transform traditional websites into engaging experiences that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Understand Corporate Structure: Navigate corporate structures and jargon, understanding the inner workings of potential client organizations to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Employ creative thinking to position Labz as a solution for a wide range of customer experience challenges, demonstrating the value of immersive interaction in enhancing customer engagement and accelerating purchasing decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage a budget that includes conferences, Labz dinners, events, and sponsorships for influential client experiences. This includes selecting the best companies to sponsor to expand use cases that have significant reach.
  • Strategic Sponsorships: Identify and sponsor influential clients and companies that align with Labz's sales strategy, enhancing our market presence and expanding our use case portfolio.
  • Vertical Specialization: Specialize in at least one vertical, such as Retail and E-Commerce, Insurance, Marketing and Advertising, Sports and Entertainment, Events and Conferences, Non-Profits, Finance and Business, Government, Sports and Fitness, Education, Training and Coaching, or Hospitality and Tourism. Develop a strong network, know the jargon, rules, and laws to suggest possible solutions and ROI.


  • Experience: Proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in selling creative technology solutions (e.g., Adobe, Canva) or working within a marketing agency environment. Experience in a creative field is required.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, with experience in creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events relevant to creative technology and digital experiences.
  • Client Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level clients.
  • Metaverse Insight: Understanding and passion for the metaverse and immersive digital experiences, with the ability to convey their benefits to potential clients.
  • Corporate Savvy: Knowledge of corporate structures, jargon, and processes, enabling effective navigation and communication within large organizations.
  • Creativity: Innovative and creative thinker, able to develop unique solutions to client challenges and position Labz as a leader in the immersive experience space.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets for events, sponsorships, and client engagements, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  • Vertical Expertise: Specialization in at least one vertical with a strong network, understanding of industry-specific jargon, rules, and laws, and the ability to suggest tailored solutions and demonstrate ROI.
