Job Description:

10+ years of experience in the implementation of Oracle Applications.

Experience in the implementation of Oracle Sales Performance Management.

Experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.

Experience in Configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules.

Experience in Oracle integration cloud.

Must have hands-on experience in the development of SQL, and PLSQL to create custom rules.

Thorough understanding of Sales performance processes and incentive-driven sales.

Experience in interacting with businesses to gather requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
