Job Summary

We are seeking a self-driven, senior professional with a proven track record in business development, deal origination, and client relationship management within the B2B SaaS sector. Your ability to navigate complex business landscapes, build collaborative relationships, and drive substantial revenue growth will be instrumental in advancing our mission of revolutionising how businesses operate and scale.   • Originate and close deals: Lead the end-to-end process of deal origination, negotiation, and closing to secure substantial clients and revenue.
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive business growth.
  • Drive business growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and industry trends to expand our client base.
  • Lead business development initiatives: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
  • Provide strategic counsel: Leverage your business acumen to advise the leadership team on market trends, the competitive landscape, and strategic investments.
  • Mentor and develop talent: Contribute to the development of a high-performing business development team by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to team members as needed
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures



  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in any role
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred /Good to Have

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS and Productivity/HR Tech Industries
  • Certification in Sales or Leadership
  • Bachelor's Degree or Other Professional Certification
  • Prior Entrepreneurship Experience


Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
