We selectively hire strong field sales representatives seeking an opportunity to make uncapped commissions as we expand in the South Bay and West Los Angeles areas. Responsibilities and Duties:
Performance activities include hunting, setting, and giving in-person and virtual presentations to new prospects and past clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales from start to finish including lead generation, scheduling appointments, presenting to prospects and closing the sale.
- Build lead list and cold call new prospects
- Utilize emails, phone & text to follow up on pipeline prospects and callbacks
- Give virtual & in-person presentations to business owners and marketing managers
- Effectively communicate appropriate rebuttals to all sales objections
- Consistent follow-up and follow-through.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates proven sales acumen in the advertising industry
- 3+ years minimum advertising sales experience
- Must have experience selling print or digital advertising
- Ability to prospect, set appointments and present virtually and in person
- Must be proficient in CRM, Computers & Tablets/IPads
- Must live in the South Bay, CA or within 30 minutes driving distance from South Bay, CA.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Outside Sales Closer Position
- Proven success in closing accounts and breaking sales records
- Good written & verbal communication skills, outgoing and ambitious
- Self-starter, hunter, appointment-setting skills
- Display a mature, professional, and positive demeanor
- Strive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics and goals
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary
- Uncapped commissions

- While you work from home, you will be required to meet with prospects & clients in person whenever necessary
