Outside Sales Representative - Aurascape Custome Lighting

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Manage accounts and provide after-sales support
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals

Skills:

- Proven experience in outside sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong ability to market products effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Account management expertise
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Business development acumen

Compensation:

- This position offers no draw, no salary, and is 100% commission

- Instead of focusing on minimum earnings, base rates, and salaries, we want to attract the very best performers with a hefty 33.3% profit share on every completed installation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,960.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
