Big League Clean is a reputable commercial cleaning company located in great Denver, Colorado. Big League Clean cleans over 200,000 square feet of commercial space and is looking to grow rapidly! (www.bigleagueclean.com / Big League Clean on Linkedin)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Duties:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn direct messaging, cold calling, email campaigns, and dropping off physical marketing materials, and mailer campaigns with all tracks and information created for you by Big League Clean.
  • Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the value of Big League Clean's services to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Quota Management: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas to maximize your commission potential.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better position Big League Clean in the market.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

  • Comfortable with making your own hours and schedule

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry or a related field is a large bonus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Only: 50% of profits from all deals closed. (Average Deal size: $3,000 -5,000 Revenue | $300 - $500 profit) All deals closed are recurring payment**, Commission from one deal will payout every single month after.
  • Incentive Structure: If monthly quota is not met, the following month’s commission will be adjusted to the percentage of the quota achieved.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
