Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales / Lead Generation Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, personable, and driven to achieve results. As a member of the team, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base, using innovative strategies to identify and engage potential clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the unique context of an innovative matchmaking agency. Remote candidates (US only) are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. Engage with prospects through various channels (e.g., social media, email, events) to introduce our services and assess their interest in family-focused matchmaking. Schedule consultations between potential clients and our matchmakers, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to our agency. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach tactics based on response rates and feedback. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects and outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing client engagement and acquisition.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles is a plus. Comfortable working in a remote environment and proficient in using digital communication tools. No previous experience in matchmaking is required, but a genuine interest in relationship building and the agency's mission is essential.
